CrossFit Hibiscus Coast is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and how we use it.

What we collect

When you submit our contact form, we collect your first name, last name, email address, and message. When you book a free trial, we also collect your phone number, the date and time you chose, and any notes you add, along with how you found us (for example, which advertisement or search brought you here). That is the only personal information we collect through this website.

How we use it

We use your contact details solely to respond to your enquiry. Your information is sent to us via email and is not stored in a database on this website.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or trade your personal information. Your contact and booking form submissions are delivered via Resend, a secure email delivery service, directly to our inbox. We also use the analytics and advertising-measurement providers described below, though we do not give them your contact details.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics (GA4) and the Meta (Facebook and Instagram) Pixel, together with Meta's Conversions API, to understand how visitors use this site and to measure how our advertising performs. These tools set first-party cookies (such as Google's _ga and Meta's _fbp and _fbc) and may record your IP address, device and browser details, and the pages and actions you take here.

We do not send your name, email address, or phone number to Meta or Google - not even in hashed form. When you book or make an enquiry, we tell Meta that a booking happened and which advertisement it came from. That message is sent from our server and includes the cookies above, your IP address, and your browser type, which is how Meta recognises the advertisement. Your contact details go to the gym, and nowhere else. These tools run only on our live website.

Your cookie choices

When you first visit, a notice at the bottom of the page tells you these tools are running and lets you choose. Choosing Reject switches them off: we stop Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel from using cookies or identifying you, we stop sending advertising measurement to Meta (including from our servers), and we delete the analytics and advertising cookies already on your device. Nothing about the gym's service changes - your booking, enquiry, and classes work exactly the same either way.

We remember your choice in a small cookie of our own (cfhc_consent), which stores nothing but the choice itself, so we only ask once. You can change it whenever you like: select Cookie settings at the bottom of any page and the notice comes back with your current choice shown.

Your rights
