Julz has coached people of every starting point in Whangaparaoa, from first-timers who have never picked up a barbell to athletes chasing a specific goal. He grew up playing sport: football, volleyball, basketball, tennis, javelin, and that love of movement is what he brings to every session.
One-on-one with Julz, the whole hour is yours. He builds the programme around your body, your goals and your schedule, watches every rep, and adjusts as you go. His philosophy is simple: the fitter you are, the more you get out of life.
