Our trial sessions standardly run at the 8am class on a Saturday, if that doesn't work at all please get in touch to make a plan
Our coaches are trained to scale and adapt any workout to suit you, so no need to worry about any of the movements. We'll make the session work for you!
If you enjoy the Trial session and Sign Up for Elements then the session is FREE.
If you are undecided or feel that CrossFit is not for you then the session will cost the one off rate of $25.

Elements Course
(FOR BEGINNERS)
This course is a requirement to start CrossFit if you have never trained in a CrossFit gym.
This is our Beginner Course. It is 3 sessions over one week, learning the basic fundamentals of CrossFit. This is a requirement for personnel who have never done CrossFit training or been through a Elements / On Ramp course before.
You will learn our foundational movements over 3 sessions within one week.
Your 3 sessions are booked once payment has been made.
On completion of the course you choose a membership that suits you.
Only $99 for your Elements Course.

Ex - Crossfit Athlete
If you are a previous CrossFit Athlete, you can sign straight up.
No need for the Elements Course.
Send us an email below or call Julz on 0210541349 to book a trial session.
If you enjoy it, then pick a membership that suits and we will set you up for booking your classes.
If our premises are not for you or you are undecided then you pay the one off rate of $25 for the trial session.
PLEASE NOTE: Previous CrossFit athlete would be someone who trained for at least 2 months at a CrossFit Affiliate.
