Crossfit program

CrossFit is our Focus and CrossFit is our programming.

Our Strength & Conditioning system is second to none specifically focusing on Constantly Varied, Functional Movements at High Intensity.

Our program covers all 10 physical elements of Fitness; Cardio, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Co-Ordination, Agility, Balance and Accuracy… And of course the hidden 11th and most important one – FUN!!!

This style of training is suitable for anyone and absolutely everyone, so whatever your level of Fitness is today, wherever you are at on your current Fitness journey, we can cater our program & sessions to suit your needs.

And under the watchful eye of our expert Coaching Team, with the right and correct movement techniques you’ll be taking yourself to whole new fitness levels you never thought possible.

Trial Session

If you are keen to give CrossFit a try then book in for a TRIAL session. If you enjoy that session and are keen to jump on to one of our ELEMENTS courses, then your trial becomes FREE. All you need to do is simply book and pay for your ELEMENTS course in advance and then that first trial session you have just completed is ON US!

If however following your trial session you feel that CrossFit is not for you then you only pay the one off rate of $25 for your session and we leave it there, no problems at all.

Trial Sessions are now offered at any class except our 5:30pm evening classes.

Elements Course

This is our Beginner Course. It is 3 sessions over one week, learning the basic fundamentals of CrossFit. This is a requirement for personnel who have never done CrossFit training or been through a Elements / On Ramp course before.

The Elements Course takes part on the following days Weds 5:45am / Thurs 5:45am / Fri 5:45am

Group Sessions

CrossFit Hibiscus Coast also offer group training/team building sessions. Whether you are a work group, sports team, corporate team, stag/hens party or bunch of friends wanting something different. We offer group sessions that can be fitness orientated or team building orientated to suit. If this is an option that interests you then please contact us to discuss further. Prices vary with group sessions on the terms of your request and the amount of personnel involved.

Personal Training

Whatever your goals, we offer one on one Personal Training to help you achieve them. Sessions are limited & tailored to suit with 60 minute slots available.

Sessions are with Head Coach Garth Hill (Strength and Conditioning Specialist).

Great strength & fitness training under the watchful eye of very experienced coaches. Added bonus is the great community atmosphere in which I've made lots of new friends. I would recommend to anyone regardless of age or fitness level.

Drop In / One Off Sessions

If you are a travelling Cross Fitter or a local wanting a one off session, then these are offered for only $25. Get in touch, let us know you are coming and we will book you into one of our classes. Eftpos facilities available.
