Julz started CrossFit Hibiscus Coast in 2012, making it the first CrossFit gym on the Hibiscus Coast. With over 10 years of coaching experience, she's guided hundreds of members from their very first squat to movements they never thought possible. She believes fitness should be for everyone, not just the young and athletic.

Our Approach

What Makes Our Coaching Different

At a regular gym, you swipe your card and you're on your own. Here, your coach writes the programming, runs the warm-up, demonstrates every movement, watches your form, and scales the workout to your ability. That happens every single session.

We Coach People, Not Athletes

Some of our members compete. Most don't. Most are here because they want to be stronger for everyday life. Picking up their kids, carrying groceries, keeping up on a hike. In CrossFit, the same squat that helps a competitor at regionals helps a 70-year-old get out of a chair. The movement doesn't change. The load does.
